I.e., the moment of a fluidounce of stuff at 4" = the moment of
a liter of it at 3 mm, to < .16%.  (Can *your* units converter
 make liter*mm?  Mine is free for the asking, but needs Macsyma
 or Maxima (maybe.  The latter seems to be mutating.))
