I am annoyed by equations in Mathematica. I won't waste my time attempting to decipher the obscure syntax and semantics. I simply ignore such equations, and just move on. -- Gene On Tuesday, June 23, 2020, 3:39:16 PM PDT, Bernie Cosell <bernie@fantasyfarm.com> wrote: I occasionally run into something like this: $$(a + b)^{3} = a^{3} + 3a^{2}b + 3ab^{2} + b^{3}$$ I vaguely recognize as being TeX math-mode or something like that. Is there a way to *see* the equation if you get one in an email or run into on a web site? Thanks /Bernie\ NB: this is all easy but the ones i run into with integrals and summaitions and matrices and such are very hard [for me] to parse Bernie Cosell bernie@fantasyfarm.com -- Too many people; too few sheep --
