(a) Apparently SUSY is not destroyed by this experimental finding, it is merely "strongly confined in parameter space"; (b) however the confinement is into a region which also happens to be compatible with plain standard model without supersymmetry, which would seem pretty darn peculiarly unlucky if SUSY is true, but expected if SUSY is false; (c) further this whole ball of wax is based on observing only a single decay, which seems a bit much, even for hype-happy physicists; and I would think/hope that they'd wait until they see about 10... which ought to happen if run experiment longer.
