I do not see the basis for APG's claim for for any particular turing machine T, it is decidable whether it halts. Au contraire, it is decidable IF it halts, but if it does not halt, then why is it decidable? Similarly, particular propositions like the RH are decidable if false, but might be undecidable if true. It looks more like a rant/conspiracy theory to me. He starts with the premise that the polls were correct, and mixes in complaints about a-priori manipulation by changing voting laws, which have nothing to do with statistical analysis.

The pix in the paper show the frame-dragging quite clearly, both when the axis is pointing at the observer, and when the axis is perpendicular to the observer. Also, the fractal effects are quite striking. Now that astronomers know what to look for, it shouldn't be long before they find similar configurations "in the wild".
