What is the concept of Electic Cafe then, I would love you to tell me,

kw's "electric cafe" album was their kind of blueprint for "a modern lifestyle in the information age" !!! ;-) btw : that's also the main reason - imho , of course ;-) - why "tour de france" doesn't fit anymore in this concept !!! "boing boom tschak" - ( mainly n. y. c. scene ) hip-hop influences / noise to sound "techno-pop" & "music non-stop" - music in general in "the information age" / their very own statement about the music industry "the telephone call" & "electric cafe" - COMmunication in "the information age" / sound to noise in "the telephone call" "sex object" - their very own statement about "human interaction" in "the information age" ( which fitted PERFECTLY between "the telephone call" & "electric cafe" ... imho !!! ;-) / pickin' up , where they once left with songs like "showroom dummies" , "the model" , "the robots" & also "computerlove" !!! ;-)

Computer World, which you seem to think deserves remaking,

nah ... but in the early 80s NO-ONE could have even guessed HOW_FAR the whole internet thing would go & HOW_MUCH it would mean to the ordinary citizen like u & me one day ... not even ralf & florian !!! *sly_grin* ;-) so WHY_NOT a "computer world 2" album in "a modern way" ... instead of "the mix 2" album in the same way like more than a decade ago ??? *G+* ;-)
