hello guys, i know that this may sound a bit strange to ask for someone who's been a long-time fan of KW but was the material in the subject ever released on CDs? and if so, is it a clean sound or a ripped-from-vinyl, cracks containing stuff?

The early recordings haven't been released on any official CD, AFAIK. The bootlegs are indeed taken from vinyl, but there aren't too many cracks.

There were at least two versions, both taken from vinyl: one had a bonus track on each disc but more surface noise than the one without the bonus track.
