Hey, In my nonstop efforts to promote electronic music, I have started a new EM radio programme, Electronic Shadows, which I am hosting in Eastern Norway on Favorit FM on Saturdays. I just finished editing the next show, and as you can see, Kraftwerk has been featured already even though this is only the second program, and will of course be a regular artist in the programme in the future. I thought, even though for now the programme cant be heard outside Norway, if anyone wants to be kept informed about the playlists they can join the ES mailing list by sending a blank email to: electronicshadows-news-subscribe@yahoogroups.com If nothing else, reading the playlists could inspire you to check out artists in similar style to the artist(s) you already like. Electronic Shadows is a radio programme for "space-electronica" (or classic EM, as some calls it) and related styles. Playlist 19 October 2002 Enigma: Push the limits Space: The universe overside (95 remix) Jean Michel Jarre: Oxygene 7 Vangelis: Metallic Rain Kraftwerk: The Man Machine Tangerine Dream: Song of the whale part 1 Stone Age: Yesterday's Child Frank van Bogaert: Churches Kitaro: Clouds in the sky Lambert: Light sky Playlist 12 October 2002 (premiere show) Jean Michel Jarre: Oxygene 4 (2002 version from AERO) Rikard Latvala: Universe part 1 Jan Hammer: Crocket's theme Steve Roach / Vir Unis: Neurotronic Craig Padilla: Vast Emotions Victor Cerullo: Castalia Arcane: Dystopian fictions Kraftwerk: The Robots Even with the technical limitations the radio station has right now, I hope to find a solution to put the programme online later.
