John used to be one of the really BIG geniuses (We know at least four more... ;-) around in the early 80:s, his latest albums are good, but not in the same league as Metamatic / The Garden. New Studio Album...
John Foxx and Louis Gordon will release their new studio album on Monday the 23rd of June, 2003. It's called "Crash and Burn" - it's working title was "NeuroVideo" - and it's certainly in the same vein as "The Pleasures of Electricity". The final track list and running order is as follows...
01. Drive 6'55" 02. Cinema 5'09" 03. Broken Furniture 5'25" 04. Crash and Burn 4'03" 05. Once in a While 4'10" 06. Sex Video 5'00" 07. Sidewalking 6'12" 08. UltraViolet / InfraRed 5'14" 09. She Robot 4'46" 10. Dust and Light 6'45" 11. Ray 1 / Ray 2 5'10" 12. Smoke 7'11"
Titles look promising and John Foxx is a real artist. I feel I can recommend it even if I haven't yet listened to it.
