I thought that might be the case. Was getting a bit worried as I placed an order well over a month and have heard nothing since the confirmation e-mail on the day I placed it. I wasn't sure how long things normally take to be dispatched and what methods they use. Did find it strange though that I can't get any e-mails through to them to ask questions on those addresses I mentioned earlier. The confirmation from my order came from the address 'httpd@Pharos.OpenIT.DE' and mail seems to get through to here but I have had no replys as yet. Is it normal for orders to take in excess of four weeks?
