I had always assumed that that was NOT an official Kraftwerk item... the ONLY place I have seen it is within the German TV show from 1981/2? called "Die Mensch Maschine" (For those who don't know.. this is just a great program which intermixes German interview with Ralf and LIVE material in their nice red shirts!) In this program radio activity is played with that 'video' displaying...
Is there an English translation of that program somewhere? I downloaded it from the technopop.br site and would really like to find out what Ralf's actually saying. Erik
