[Kraftwerk] Name that tune--please!

In the USA, there's a new tv commercial for the processor half of the Wintel Conspiracy that features this bangin' house joint with a classic blues riff. Can anyone tell me what song that is???? It was also used in the mud-wrestling sequence of the "Malcolm in the Middle" episode with Susan Sarandon. I appreciate it, folks. Peace.
