Well, now I have it! :) For you who doubted, the CD-S promo for sale by that shop in the UK I mentioned earlier is indeed the full 4-track CD-S! My first impressions: Etappe 1-3 are all pretty similar, and I'd say they together make up one track. For those of you who heard the radio sample of Etappe 2, you know what to expect; it's just more of it. Additionally, Long Version is just that, a long version of the same track. Sound-wise, it's really good. The sound quality is very sharp, with a nice groovy bass. I'm quite sure this will sound fabulous in a club, and I think it's safe to say we're going to get a host of club mixes of this track. Basically it's four tracks built on just one beat. There is no melody to speak of, and overall very little that makes you remember what you've been listening to. This is not catchy stuff that you sing along to. It all kind of reminds me of a trance song that never really takes off, if you know what I mean. We're stuck with the intro. Any studio professional would be able to come up with similar tracks in a matter of hours, I'm sure of it. This is what makes me sad.. Where's the imagination, guys?? Expo was much better than this. Having listened through the full CD, one is left with the thoughts: "Yeah? And?". I hardly remember what I have listened to, and that's really not a good sign. Rating: 2-/5 Cheers, Peo
