Indeed it is a US release. It was released in 1995 by CEMA, a Capitol budget label who was also responsible for the 1993 reissues of a bunch of Kraftwerk LPs. This single is part of their "Collectables - Back To Back Hits"-series, which had two artists "back to back" on them. <<<
Actually, CEMA was the old name of EMI's distribution arm in the USA; it stands for Capitol EMI Manhattan Angel. So-called "special products" were released under the CEMA Special Products label. In the early 1990s, it was changed to EMD, for EMI Music Distribution.
