Well, I cannot agree. It's not so bad. It isn't their best album: true. It's not revolutionary: true. Maybe it's little bit monothonic (you have to remember it's concept album about bicycles...). Maybe the last track (re-recorded TdF) is worse than original one.... But it's still good album worth to buy! I listened the whole album three times already - each time I like it more. Of course it has pros & cons but generally speaking: good job from R&F. I convince to listen it several times. It's more 'tasty' when you listen with (good) headphones. P.S.: When I hear TdF'03 I have strange thought to take my bike in make some 'tour' of my own ;-) Let's ride! Let's enjoy this moment! Even if it is not as good as Computer-World was - come on: it's new Kraftwerk's album and it's good! Next album in 12 years time :-) TK ------ Message: 2 Date: Tue, 29 Jul 2003 09:44:09 +0200 From: "Kajola L" <kajola@hotmail.com> Subject: [Kraftwerk] Another opinion after listening to the album To: kraftwerk@mailman.xmission.com Message-ID: <BAY1-F83tw9snfLEHmF0000cfa2@hotmail.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1; format=flowed I have been listening to the album two times this morning. I'm sorry to say but I think this is an album that I will soon foget. The long Tour de France etape 1-3 sounds like some boring technomuzak. Of the other new tracks i think it's only "Vitamin" and maybe "La forme" that sounds "OK". To bad it wasn't better after the long waint..... :-( Well, they will always have a place in my heart for the great music the have created but i will soon forget the 2003-album.....
