Kraftwerk will perform in Turin on May, 18 and Rome May, 17. Why not Milan? They always performed in Milan in the past and was always sold out. In 1991 they performed at Rollig Stones Disco where people can dance in front of the stage, really close to KW.
It was even better in Genova during the "phantom" Mix tour.... ;-) Obviously they decided to plan a single date in northern Italy because of relatively scarce audience (advance tickets for Turin are still widely available for all seating orders) Milan and Turin are very near anyway and I expected Turin was bound to be chosen when I read what Ralf declared in an interview to the Italian newspaper "La Stampa" on August, 25: "We are preparing a multimedia tour due to start at the beginning of 2004. After our experience at la Citè de la Musique in Paris we're looking for other architectonically unusual places. In Italy there's a lot of them. In Turin they have that building with a car race track on the roof - it would be perfect." Peace, Luca
