This remark is not up-to-date: lots of sampler-addict-"artists" currently use Kraftwerk sounds... since the mid-80's..!! ;-) And please, don't believe ALL that Bussy wrote in his book! ;-) Beside many funny and interesting anecdotes and info, Bussy's book contains too much misunderstanding and mistakes. Though I really enjoyed to read it, I think sometimes this book is not very serious - especially about the "speculation-topics" like: Q:"why was 'Technopop' cancelled?" A:"because KW were 'outpaced'(!) and lost in techno-equipment..." *rotflol* btw: I can forgive P. Bussy, - those things he can't understand - he's not a musician, only a journalist...;-) ...maybe, perhaps, _ /o o\ Filtre4Pole \ ~ / I I - -
