Besides, selling things that never has been officially released causes no financial harm to the copyright owners. Try to convince me the opposite if you can.
No matter what is legal and not, pointing fingers and yelling at eachother will never solve a problem. Perhaps it will in real life, but in the anarchistic way things work over the net, it simply is unfeasible.
That's why I ask you to ignore things you don't like, and if you get offended with something, you could always direct your e-mails directly to the offender, instead of ventilating your personal opinions vividly when they simply aren't wanted.
In fact, you and a couple of others' bullshitting disturbs me much, much more than Eduardo trying to get rid of a couple of VCDs.
So, get on with it now, let's all calm down and think. Only fight wars that are meaningful.
