The other day I came across an article (published at Spanish newspaper El Pais on August 8th) about Kraftwerk gig at Benicassim International Festival that states (and I am quoting and translating here): "As fairground automatons, German quartet showed off their legend letting out classics one after the other, claiming their legacy at the right moment. It was like a tourist concert with all the typical clicks of a journey full of recognizable and symbolic meetings although explained routinely by a guide with more than enough self-satisfaction. With a plastic yet unimaginative, ingenuous and urgented of renovation show, Kraftwerk go to Benicassim telling they were good. Certainly they were." DER AUTOMAT
