Dear all, 'need to sound off here. It's no good having a go at Eduardo. Yes, it is illegal to sell this stuff when the copyright is owned by Kraftwerk of their material. But where do you draw the line when you try and preach from the moral high ground? I KNOW people on this list possess bootlegged material and whether you have traded with each other, downloaded MP3's or purchased it from some dubious source, it's still illegal and ethically wrong to have it. Any non-endorsed artist material is illegal! So some of the comments I've been reading here smack of hypocrisy. But as Eduardo says, 'as fan, I feel myself frustrate for not finding in the store material " official " as videos and CDs concerts.' and I echo that sentiment. If someone offered me a digitally recorded concert on video or disc in super sharp sound and vision for an amount of money then I would buy it. No doubt about that. If the members of Kraftwerk were really pissed with fans buying bootlegged recorded material then they would I'm sure get their act together and release an official product. End of rant Shaun my friend john wrote :
There are lots of people who have great collections of Kraftwerk... however it NOT for them to sell copies of those items... the sounds on those recordings belong to Kraftwerk and NO ONE else.
It IS wrong for you to sell them (no matter how many people email you!)
thank u , john , for ( hopefully !!! ) makin' this clear ... once & for all !!!
