I can't think exactly how they were influence except in a desire to make
music by electronic means, or with at non-traditional instruments.
You can hear a closer apparent connection between Holger Czukay's work and
some of Stockhausen's mid- to late-1960s pieces: check Czukay's album
Canaxis and Stockhausen's Telemusik & Hymnen.
