Have you noticed that lots of bands have been updating their YouTube channels with archive TOTP and other BBC performances recently? I wonder if scrubbed up versions of these will surface, especially as the bbc4 reruns are nearly up to KLF times Ben @shipbutty sent off my phone, so you know... typo central. Hi all
Nice to see you all again
Finally got round to making a fancy home for the press archive.
Cheers

Did you see the link Mark sent in for the rites of mu website? If you hunt through there you’ll find this page, which has cleaned up video from the TOTP performances. A couple of years ago a few people from this list and the FB group went and sourced and then cleaned up a whole bunch of videos, of which the TOTP appearances were included: https://theritesofmu.wixsite.com/klf-kommunications/chapter-3 - - - - -

Thanks a lot to all who have been sharing updates and info - I was supposed to be re-starting work today but that is now out the window due to giddy excitement. It’s awesome!! There a few differences to the Chill Out we all know. Some samples are missing, some are slightly different and some are new. Very interesting. I’ve seen it mentioned that this is a “pre-mix” for Chill Out. So, if they really did just record it in one go, it would seem this was an earlier run through that they decided to do again. Or possibly a practice run? Sounds great though! - - - - -

On that site, on the history page, this made me laugh: Late to the party ravers, in distant lands, still celebrate the forlorn attempts of Wanda Dee to carve an international career as a low-rent KLF tribute act. Although not a strictly proto re-enactment, as she is still out there doing it, Wanda Dee has to be recognised for what she has done and is still doing. ...not to bring up She Who Must Not Be Named.
