Great - thanks for sharing Jim! Is it only me that gets "Unexpected end of archive" when trying to extract part2.rar? Do you think you could repost it?

Great - thanks for sharing Jim! Is it only me that gets "Unexpected end of archive" when trying to extract part2.rar? Do you think you could repost it?   My dear readers, I have unfortunately deleted the original rar parts but downloaded the whole lot again and it seems all the parts unrar without any problem, at least at my end. Perhaps try downloading part2.rar again and if it doesn't help, I will re-upload the whole thing again.
