As has already been said in another post, http://www.klf.de has a summary and points to http://www.barbican.org.uk/generic/details.asp?eventID=1280&artFormID=2&artF... which has more information. In my opinion (just guesswork based on how the event has been advertised) Bill and Jimmy are unlikely to be on stage at the same time, let alone any KLF-style music and prankery. If they were in wheelchairs the last time there was a Barbican event, what would they be in this time around? Motorised coffins? Don't get your hopes up, is what I say. The most interesting bit, I think, is hearing what music Jimmy Cauty comes up with- while for the past few years all that's surfaced publicly is remixes, surely he's been producing some music of his own as well, and that might be even darker and nastier... As for Fame Academy outtakes, there haven't been many, certainly not compared to Big Brother. Sadly all the students are pretty capable dancers, as I was looking forward to watching people trip over their own feet, to reassure me that I'm not the worst dancer in the world. Stuart.

There's a Barbican gig - have I missed something?
On the subject of free time (well, not really) isn't it about time somebody mentioned whether there's any >plans for people on this list to meet up before the Barbican gig,
PS Any good Fame Academy out-takes Stu?

Bill's supposed to be in the book reading section and Jimmy in the music section, I also think it's very unlikely they'll be doing _anything_ together

I'm actually hoping the Ian Sinclair bit will be interesting, but that might be a minority opinion. He's really very good, for those who don't know him, quite amusing and charismatic when reading from his books. I am looking forward to hearing Jimmy too, of course. His M25 reading was one of the highlights at last weekend`s Megalithomania event: http://www.strangeattractor.co.uk/megalithomania.html There were many flyers for the Barbican event (which I am also hoping to attend... tickets and accommodation willing!) available and a stall selling just Iain Sinclair stuff such as books and also a brand new M25 video (produced by Illuminations/Channel 4) which was quite pricey and about 75 minutes long which I should imagine will be screened by Channel 4 fairly soon. It wouldn't surprise me if certain people crop up in during the film or as part of the soundtrack either despite no mentioning of any names on the cover.
Hi to everyone! I only wondered if any German fans are going to see the gig... ---German--- Will irgendjemand der deutschen Fans da hinfahren/reisen/etc.? Ich frage wegen einer Fahrgemeinschaft von Frankfurt, Köln oder dem Ruhrgebiet aus. Interessenten bitte bei mir dringend melden! Email daniel@klf.de ---German--- Okay, thanks you guys for these two seconds of your time! ;) Cheers, Dan --- a.k.a. Kuta, KLF Online (www.klf.de)
Hi again, I'm planning to come over for the gig and wanted to ask if there is someone I could stay with for the night after the event. It shouldn't be too far out 'cause I'll have to catch either the train or the plane the next day... Bye, Daniel --- a.k.a. Kuta, KLF Online (www.klf.de)
