And the German MG Underground issue of the same tracks was on Ebay about 4 years ago and went for £300.
At least we can confirm its existance - I got a copy myself.
KLF010IR. These tracks come from Thomas and Dan (?) and their trip to London a few years ago. While there, they met someone who had the tracks: "Deep Shit (Part 3)" (the KSTJ/The Queen and I splice song), "Madrugada Eterna (Club Mix Full)" and "The Lover's Side (Extended)" on cassette - but NOT on vinyl.
I wasn't part of that trip, unfortunately, but it happened. ;-)
The klf.de guys then copied the tracks and took them home to Germany. So, the tracks of KLF010IR definitely exist - but whether the 12" exists, is another matter.
They were taken from the flexidisc I think.
Rob's ftp has a track called "Turn Up the Strobe", which sounds like an even worse song than "Love Trance".
If that's the one with all those vocal samples about being "... bigger than Scientology", it's a fake made by someone calling themselves THE BUTTON, purposely labelled as "Turn Up The Strobe" and uploaded to Napster (a so-called Napster Bomb). ..::// Thomas
Hi everybody! Interesting topic but I have to clear two things up, I guess:
Actually these tracks have been on two records, two twelve inches to be precise - NO TAPE! Both white labels but they had 'Adrenalin' in the run-out groove. One was Deep Shit/The Lovers' Side (Extended) and the other was Madrugada Eterna with the edit and the extended version on it. These records actually belonged (and still belong) to an old friend of Jimmy's whom he had all the stuff from. He was also the source for the white label SPACE promo with Jimmy's drawings on it that now finds itself in Thomas' collection. And by the way, this same guy claimed to have a cassette with a long version of "The Magnificent" on it, about 8 minutes as I recall. But I could mix things up there. Sadly enough we lost the contact and thus don't know if he has found that specific cassette after all! :-(
The klf.de guys then copied the tracks and took them home to Germany. So, the tracks of KLF010IR definitely exist - but whether the 12" exists, is another matter.
Let me get that straight as well... The tracks were recorded in the house of this Jimmy-friend. A mobile MiniDisc recorder was plugged in and the four tracks (and several others that are of the rarer source) were recorded. After that I recorded the disc digitally onto my harddisc and removed the pops and the crackling. So if you have any recording (mp3 probably) that is absolutely crystal clear then it's probably the one that I have here. Fact 1: Deep Shit (i.e. Kylie with Bill's shouting intro) and The Lovers' Side (Ex) were NOT taken from a flexi! It was a common KLF 12" with the typical KLF promo sleeve. I *think* the run-out groove said KLF DS 1 A and B on it. But for sure it had NOTHING with 'IR' or 'Illegal Remix' or 'KLF 010...' on it. But it is FOR REAL. Funnily enough, this friend of Jimmy's tried to sell his copy of DEEP SHIT on eBay about one year after our visit. No-one noticed the auction and he never sold anything through eBay again. What a story!!! ;-) Sleep tight and tell all your children. Cheers, Dan --- a.k.a. Kuta, KLF Online (www.klf.de)

So this was Deep Shit part 1? There is something that confuses me a bit in that Adrenalin text. This is because I have thought they used Adrenalin first time(?) for pure trance series, which were after this.
the other was Madrugada Eterna with the edit and the extended version on it.
And this was probably eterna 1?

Hmh, is there are scan of this somewhere? i'd very much like to see it.

Damn :) ..but if you'd know his mail or address, you should keep those as you own information. I guess that guy wouldn't be so happy if there were 50 crazy KLF fans bombing his e-mail box ;)

Do you remember what were those other tracks? :)

Could it be that DS 1 was never even pressed to flexi? That only these 12" WL's exists? It seems that it was also canceled because of ABBA-samples. I'm bit confused with all these Deep Shit stuff. I got a Deep Shit part 1 as an mp3 but after all this, I'm not sure if it is part 1 after all. It has an Kylie intro with YMCA and bill shouting ("Fuck that pop shit..etc") and then Queen with Bill rapping. I guess this is the one you describe above. But if this is part 1, where are part 2 and 3? And do those even exists? (I know, it's stupid to ask if something exists, when we are talking about KLF ;))
What a story!!! ;-)
Thanks for sharing all these info. This is absolutely great! BTW: I have (mp3) Kylie in a Trance (remix remix 1) 7:00: Does anyone know, what it is? It's probably from "Kylie Said To Jason Demos". I would also like to know, where all those unreleased demos in discog (and mp3's) have come from? Someone just happend to find studio tapes? :) -- antti l.
.. Hi all, I still think this deep shit cd on ebay is a fake, the label is off centre and the seller is being quite vague about how he obtained it. I would be really grateful if someone can explain what MG underground is. I posted on the list a while back asking if anyone on the list could confirm actually seeing KLF 010RR in its matrix form and nobody could, of course this doesn't neccessarily mean it doesn't exist. It was also pointed out that the writing on the runout of Promo A/B is Identical to KLF 010T. In the discography Promo A/B is listed as MG underground, but it would seem to have been pressed at the same plant as KLF 010T. Is this something that has been overlooked in the past? It was Interesting reading about the matrix for the illegal remix may actually be DS 1 A/B is it possible that the actual matrix for 010RR was Promo A/B?' Thomas Touzimsky <tto@klf.de> wrote:
