http://www.wrybread.com/gammablog/?p=1487 Just spotted this on-line. Presumably a PVC connection somewhere - but I don't think anyone put up a link to the photo at the time. John

I'm a bit confused about this one, the A-side is Buld a Fire, and the B-side is said to be "Make it Rain", but i sounds more like "No More Tears". (link to mp3-snippets can be found at www.klf.de ) Ulrik Brandt

Not to mention the B-side sounds more like elevator music than any actually bearable track. Sheesh. -j
On the 23rd of June 2003 Gimpo and I started our epic journey from John O Groats to Lands End... disappearing from view in the wing mirrors of our transit van were the first of the yellow placards that by the end of our subversive road trip, some 24hrs later, would run the full length of these island nations... the placards read "Blair is a LIAR" and "Demand World Peace" and were affixed at regular visible roadside vantages. (interestingly i believe that the signs on the north side of the Inverness bridge are still there... they must be proving as difficult a sod to get down as they were to put up) In March 2004 we also spent a lap or two of the M25 spin festooning the roadside and overhead gantries with them... at the end of the spin all those who had joined us that year received several placards to take with them on the understanding that they should also find their way into interesting, unusual but highly visible locations... we have subsequently had reports and photo's of these placards turning up all over the place This particular installation on 23rd street i believe to be Todd's handywork from around the american election campaign last year More recently the "justAAArt" project has moved on a little this year with a number of Subversive Roadside Signart installations, in the summer, including a couple of short dvd films called "Homelessness - A BBC Crimewatch Reconstruction" Where it will all lead is a good deal less predictable than the M25 but i reckon it'll be another interesting trip all the same As i've mentioned the spin i might as well tell you that the 2006 spin is our tenth and will be held on the weekend of March 25 - 26... if you fancy joining us this year speak up...
