Bill certainly did. Someone said to him, "I know you don't normally do this, but it means a lot to me." He signed it KING BOY D. if I'd've known I'd've brought a few gems out to play. He signed my copy of THE MANUAL, mind you. And FUCKED BY ROCK, which he wasn't going to, until I reminded him he wrote the foreword for it.

I asked really nice and explained that I understood it was a closed chapter to him but would really mean alot to me if he did it. He seemed a bit reluctant but he did sign it "King Boy D".
