Didn't the name "Greybeard" popped up long long time ago in some klf-related topic (can't remeber when or why) Ulrik

it could be a reference to coleridge's ancient mariner, or maybe a play on grayface, mentioned in the illuminatus! trilogy as the original enemy of the JAMs. or maybe he's just noticed his beard's gone grey -- "There are perhaps 5% of the population that simply *can't* think. There are another 5% who *can*, and *do*. The remaining 90% *can* think, but *don't*." - R. A. Heinlein
Came across a new Martha + The Muffins disc on Friday night, 'Select Cuts fro Echo Beach'. It's a collection of remixes from their 'big' hit song from the early 80s, 'Echo Beach'. Released on (as far as i can tell) a German label called 'Select Cuts'. Anyhow, the point of interest is the last track on the disc: Jimmy Cauty (Ex-KLF) (Infected by the Scourge of the Earth mix) It's about 3 1/2 minutes long or so. Very much like the other mixes he's done too. Ae.
Oops, wrong mail... :) Now, how did you get it? DAN

Errrrrr.... why does it say the "second"? Does that mean that one series already has seen the light of day? I remember that about half (or more?) a year ago Crapola told me that they had released some of Jimmy's stuff as whitelabels that had been sent to various DJs and Clubs. After all the DJs probably will not have gotten the point with Jimmy, right? Does anyone know more about that? Daniel --- a.k.a. Kuta, KLF Online (www.klf.de)

Nah, essentially Black Dog's new album "Unsavoury Products" is being promoted by 3 different 12" promos, each featuring different tracks from the album remixed by other artists. "The first remixes from Unsavoury Products will surface for club promo from Monday. DUKE 103DJV is a double a-side white label featuring CJ Bolland's remix of "Mental Health Hotline" (6:52) and 808 State's remix of "Let's Talk Music" (5:49)." The second one will be the Jimmy Cauty, new track, Beloved, and A1 People. The third one will feature a remix by A Guy Called Gerald as well as some others which I've currently forgotten! All should *hopefully* be available at Hyrdogen Dukebox for a short time in promo format.... hth, Nick ;=>
