Re: KLF tenth anniversary track
Alan Moore also appears in the book "K Foundation Burn a Million Quid", written by Chris Brook and Alan Goodrick (Gimpo's real name). After showing Alan Moore the "Million Quid" movie in his own front room in March 1996, Bill and Jimmy were interested in his responses in a "magical context". Moore is an immensely intelligent (and eclectic) man, and his views on the burning are far longer (and cover more subjects) than most others printed in the book. Here is a link to the transcript of Alan Moore's responses: http://www.geocities.com/magicofalanmoore/quid/quid.html Here is a nice poster: http://www.ellipsis.com/k/ And here is a review of the book (as far as I'm aware, it' still in print): http://www.complete-review.com/reviews/drummb/kburn.htm John Not Scots, just Scott-ish
While we're on the subject has anyone got the "Million quid burning movie" on MPEG anywhere? Andy PS The list has picked up lately!
I'd also be interested in getting hold of it I just tried to track a copy of the book down - it appears that you can buy it on Amazon.com for $15.75, but it isn't listed on Amazon.co.uk. Elipsis (who I think were the original publishers) now sell all of their titles through Chrysalis (sp?) Books, but therr website no longer lists the book.....Looks like I might have to order it from the US..... It's good to see a bit more traffic - especially as it's not people ranting about the use of []'s *grin* Craig Andy Lee wrote:

I too would like to get hold of a good copy, preferably on VHS rather than MPEG, as I am currently planning to re-record all the videos on my harddisc and replace the VHS sounds with the CD versions... Did I ever mention I got a dvd burner...? 0:-)
