Could be old news, but I thought she couldn't perform as the KLF in the states..

I thought it was that she could perform as the KLF in the States, but not in the UK? I thought the US was where she was doing most of her performing as the KLF in fact.

i dont have access to my archive to confirm that, but certainly it would make more sense that she was allowed to perform as the KLF in america (ie - KLF were british) certainly when she toured Perth (Western Australia, Australia) she was billed as "The KLF". I didnt see her then, and persuaded a lot of my friends into not seeing her (because she's not THE KLF). from memory, the local free entertainment paper (xpress?) had some advertising for her as "The KLF" and i'm semi-sure that the same paper had an update along the lines of "she's not really THE KLF" and a review of the gig possibly, but thats so long ago I cant really be sure I can trust my memories of that time now. I'll try and contact some friends in Perth to see how they remember it when I get home. cheers brendan
