From what you described,i downloaded these interviews from http://www.brandnew.co.uk a while back.There are 7 interviews here so maybe the person/people who made the site might have an idea of where they originated.They also have a (small) KLF gallery,a few shots of Jimmy and Bill in the studio. Looks like the same period (1990) as the clips/interviews.Photos taken by J.Mace(Inkipak)and D.Boalch.Inkipak(Jon Mace)also has a KLF mix and his own music available for download. There is no mention of who recorded the interviews. Cheers.
