I agree..I have some issues about the event. There was a definite 'elite' amongst the volunteers. There was very poor communication at times and I have some issues about the 'finale'. Apparently it was revving its engine, using its siren etc as Bill walked to the venue and he seemed to not see it at all or hear it. The car wasn't part of what was going on. Another post on Facebook was telling people to get selfies with the car. Paint was at the venue for the projects. So they both painted it, which made it turn from a replica into a genuine car. The guy was really upset, drove off and washed it off.
