Well. Someone needs to get their facts straight! And, now that I think of it, I wonder if Emergency Broadcast Network (EBN) ever got into trouble with their use of samples and captured video (ie: EVERYTHING is sampled sounds). Didn't U2 enlist them to work on some of their tours/videos (despite Bono et al taking a very heavy hand against Negativland appropriating their own sound!)
