I dont know... (rolls eyes) All this talk of viruses and next thing I know my virus program tells me my emails are infected. Funny thing is, in the past 4 years I've NEVER bothered with a virus checker, and Ive got 1 virus in all that time, (that nimda worm or whatever its called) Then something compelled me to get a virus program 3 days ago, I ran it, no viruses, 'sweet' I thought Now im getting virus alerts in my email.... how coincidental? I dont blame anyone on this list, even though thats probably how its spread to me, but it goes to show, GET A FIREWALL AND A VIRUS CHECKER, NOW!!! Gary Rubberhead The wild west IS NOT OVER These are THE days, the rest of our lives See you on the other side.......
You probably don't have a virus (note 'probably') - as far as email viruii are concerned you usually have to double-click an attachment for them to get into your machine. Your virus checker is probably just telling you that it's blocked a potential virus in an attachment. The reason you're getting virus hits is because other people are opening the attachments, these then launch the virus and you receive the attack. C
