Hi, Someone asked earlier how it's possible that people are willing to pay £92.00 for a KLF bootleg? For me, it was curiosity - who had made it? And why make such a precise "mock up" of a could-be genuine release? I bid $150 for it (expecting to pay less), and I think "ir8git" must have put a HUGE price on it, as I still didn't outbid him! On the other hand, a few weeks back I got original copies of the "Stadium House" and "Waiting" videos together for £30. So, swings and roundabouts, eh? John Not Scots, just Scott-ish.
Just found the following on a history of Rave website: (http://www.everythingstartswithe.co.uk/history.htm) 'The KLF demand to be paid for their live set in scottish pound notes. They write "children we love you" on them and throw them into the crowd. Maybe as a practice for the more famous burning of £million later.' I'd never heard that one before. Andrew
There's video footage of it floating around out there somewhere... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Andrew McCombe" <andrew@euperia.com> To: <klf@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Tuesday, February 04, 2003 9:10 PM Subject: [KLF] KLF's 'children we love you'

I've got camcorder footage of the Chipping Norton rave where B&J throw $1 bills from the tower where they are performing.
