Now I know someone who makes these stickers, but my problem is that he needs the picture in outline-EPS format... and since i'm not that great with Adobe Illustrator... well you know my problem...

There are programs which will convert graphic images into vector based images. If they don't put them in EPS format automatically, then another graphic prog like Paint Shop Pro (which I use) can certainly do it. There are a few out there which allow a few conversions as a free trial. I used one of these not long ago to get a scalable logo I needed. Can't remember which prog - uninstalled it when I was done. But search Google for "convert vector" and a pile will show up. Just use a high quality image as your source.
