I'm delurking after several years of absence with a cool track and some requests. I hope everyone is doing well. So I've got this 48 minute ambient mix that I'm trying to identify. My mp3 tagging and renaming software decided to destroy the file name. I'm fairly certain it's a fan mix. I'd really appreaciate if someone can help me figure this one out. It's a pretty nice mix too so enjoy. You can download it here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3PYQP3RF Betty and Bobby go to the Moon - I'm looking for a MP3 if anyone has it. I had this at one point and somehow lost it. :/ KLF And Joachim Garraud - What Time Is Love - This was a free MP3 download from his personal website but I cannot find it anywhere now. KLF Party Mix tape: it's mentioned here http://www.klf.de/home/?p=25124 The "yousendit" link is dead and the tracks are on the web klf.de web player, but I cannot seem to find them again. If anyone has any of these tracks please send them my way. I'll be happy to share anything I might have in return. Don
Hi all Bill was on BBC6 today. Five of the twelve tracks played were KLF, links on the page... http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00tj7g2 "The one time manager record label boss, popstar, musical terrorist, author and conceptual artist talks to Matt Everitt about his remarkable career. Bill discusses all aspects of is extraordinary career to date. From guiding the Teardrop Explodes, to writing the definitive manual on getting a number one single, from creating then destroying Stadium Rave with the KLF to his now infamous burning of a million pounds, and onto his current attempts to deconstruct the way we experience and interact with music - and reinvent it in wholly remarkable and original ways." I recorded it on my DVR so I'll try and rip & up it somewhere this week. Not on listen again for some reason?!? Andy
Something I noticed on the tracklisting for the songs they played, is that the original KLF songs are credited by "The KLF and The Children of the Revolution". I've never seen them credit the songs to "The Children of the Revolution" before. Is this something new that Bill is pushing, to give credit to his back catalog, or is this something they have used forever, and I just missed it? ________________________________ From: Andrew Lee <andy@adlee.co.uk> To: All bound for Mu-Mu Land. <klf@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Sun, August 22, 2010 1:37:27 PM Subject: [KLF] BBC6 - The first Time with.....
