Re: [KLF] Stampers and acetates!
I answered this a few weeks back. There is a cutting lathe whose cogs cab be switched about to cut from the centre outwards. That couldn't be coincidence! Message-ID: <1381015379.21355.YahooMailNeo@web186005.mail.ir2.yahoo.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" I guess an acetate is a raw trial of a disc or CD to check for quality but I haven't a clue what a "stamper" is! Maybe someone could enlighten me? In ther meantime a big thanks go to members of the list who have helped me fill the gaps in my KLF collection with good quality copies of Lost Sounds Vol 2 and The White Room rather than dodgy fuzzy ebay copies!? You know who you are and I thank you again...but I still don't know what a "stamper" is! ? But Madrugada is complete mirror image, even letters are mirrored. It's not only groove that is backwards, but the whole thing. So how is that possible, unless it was made like that from beginning? -- anttil.
