Bill vs. Brian and Jimmy vs. John
Since we're all in a "White Room" demos wonderland this evening, can I just ask what people think of OTHER great unreleased albums of rock history? Here, I'm thinking of the Beatles' "Get Back" or the Beach Boys' "Smile" ... both of which have been heavily bootlegged, but have never had an official release (and like certain Pure Trance rarities, suffer from the curse of some "were they or weren't they actually recorded" questions from time to time). What are other people's favourite "lost" albums? John Not a Scot, just Scott-ish PS - The first person to mention the original Troy Tate version of the Smiths' debut album wins a promo copy of 1989's "Love Trance" CD single (KLF006CD) lol.
Soulwax - 2 many DJs. Only Vol2 got a proper release due to kopywrite. After much searching I've got hold of Vols 1 -5. Fantastic driving music and so much in the spirit of early KLF/JAMMS Andy

Soulwax 2 Many DJs is great stuff... Any chance you'd like to share your sources for the other vols?
