I took up the effort of downloading them and I have to say I kind of expected a bit more. There's still a lot of VHS noise (although I'm not sure if there is a really high-quality version of the "Rites of Mu"-tape in circulation, anyone?), which possibly could be possible to filter out with enough time spent in post-processing.

The original Rites Of Mu sound track is one of my favourite items in the KLF back cat and i have actually attempted sound restoration on the VHS version in my own studio but even with the obvious noise removed it didnt really improve the quality. the best version i have found is from the "arkive" series, which is obviously another VHS source and really isnt very good either. i would love to get my hands on a full quality version - have posted this on here before but got no reply... anyone help??? thanks, ronnie ___________________________________________________________ To help you stay safe and secure online, we've developed the all new Yahoo!
