The only other sailing boat I can think of is the AWTIL cover shot, which is actually from the promo video shoot and not a painting at all (although it does have a Turner-esque quality). The sail, if I recall rightly, has the red stripes of the US flag, and pyramid blaster symbols where the stars should be. I think, anyway ... No, that's not the one I was thinking of. It's a little more obscure. I don't think it was a piece of cover art. It may have shown up inside the boolket that comes with a CD, but I'm just speculating.
The painting was definitely of a boat in a storm. It was coming down from the crest of a wave. I believe the sail was red.
