There was only CDr's of this one, I remember that John sent them out freely to the listmembers who wanted them.
The snippets are taken from the video "The White Room"(not from the bootlegversion of the soundtrack).
There is a part in "Go To Sleep"-snippet where Maxine sings the Chorus, thats can't be found on the OST.
The "E-train"-snippets should be at little different that the one one 008R/Chillout (can't remember exactly).
Personaly I think they are both taken from the same source: "Go To Sleep:Extended", and not related to E-train.
