[KLF] FTP

Just a friendly reminder to everyone....Do not use Passive xfers on my ftp as they do not work. IT might help in the connections timeing out. Also, look on your FTP programs, and set the timeouts very high or none at all. I see that some of you time out also. That is not on my end unless you stay idle for over 10 minutes.
