No more than with the FTP.  However with torrents they're only running as long as people are seeding.  That is, people with the entire file staying online so people can continue to download from it.  After a couple weeks it's unlikely anyone will be seeding something like the WR DVD so anyone who comes across it via Google would be out of luck.
