I agree with that 004 Wandaful is indeed 004P as stated in Completeist List, but I don't think that cat# 004A/B on run out is mispress, but P stands for Promo. I think B&J intended this to be as promo, like 12" 005, 008X Promo and America Promos but they just didn't label it for some reason. Example, Kylie Promo cat# is PROMO2, while runout cat# is still 010T so there are other relases, where cat number doesn't match to the runout grooves. And yes, there's also 004X A/C-B1 white label, but white label doesn't necessary mean promo but they were test presses. Of course, they were also used as promos. Also, this A/C version was also stated in completeist list to be "Commercial version". All and all, I think "renaming" wandaful as 004P is a good thing and reduces confusion. Maybe :) -- anttil.
