There were also two versions i think, the original had a kinda dark blue cover with the 'why sheep?' pic and a big orange & red circle on the back (it's in this room somewhere!) but there was another CD with a kinda black and white cover that looked more like a bootleg...anyone seen/own this?
I know the dark blue version goes for quite a lot of money now...always thought it was legit. I think there have also been other releases on echo beach, other than the M & M remix thing but perhaps they are a little like the old indie label Fierce who had a rather thin grasp of copyright issues =)

Dont know about the suing part,
Jimmy Cauty did a remix of Marta and the Muffins for the same label some years later as Scrouge of the earth but he is thanked and credited as Ex-KLF man Jimmy. Also the Vinyl version of this release (tribute to Marta and the Muffins) has a T speaker on the sleeve, looking alot like the speaker on The white room.
So I think the Waiting for the rights of Mu was a legit release if you can call it that :-)
