other way around, actually - it's labelled as being on the US CD single, but that's actually pavlov's dub. the KLF mix is only on the UK limited 12" and CD.
Plus, working with Depeche Mode meant that the KLF were connected to Mute. Didn't Bill say in "45" that if the KLF hadn't had their own label, he would have been more than happen for them to be on Mute (he was, after all, an old friend of label both Daniel Miller)? And of course, the 2K single came out on Mute (via Blast First).
