I was thinking this was one of the NL boots which I didn't realize were made in the NL until now...  One of those facts I don't pay much attention to.

 

The jacket error would make it a dead giveaway, wouldn't it?  This confirms that I must have a legit unplayed copy.  I find it incredible that it sat in a record shop for 16 years until I bought it to hang as art.
