Don't know anything about new movie. Can anybody clue me in in less than ten words?
(I suffer from wossname acronym)
Always had the books and never got round to reading them.
Then got hold of radio series on CD to listen to but even that was time-consuming and required concentration.
So now I've got the intravenous drip. Grzzzzzzzmmmmm.

But have yet to see the BBC TV series.
Shhh. Don't spoil it for me.
My working theory is that since everybody says the TV series is good,
I should wait until I've seen this new movie you're talking about before
viewing it, just in case the new movie comes free with a large portion of
cack and chips.

As for the books, they're still in the loft.

Does anybody know how to read a book?

Well, me, obviously. Ford Timelord is, I think, the only other fictional character ever to have the first name "Ford" apart from the Guide's Betelgeusian Prefect.

Back on topic: an "interview" with Ford Timelord on the back of one of my girlfriend's music mags from 1988 features a photo of the car with the reg number "KLF". Could this be a different car from the one in "The White Room" movie?

Also - anyone know who the "Tardisettes" (or whatever they were called) were? Three of four dancers who appear in the photos with the car and Bill and Jimmy, and who Ford claims live above his garage? They're not Cress and Maxine.
