The Post Terrorist Modernism EP is still available for download on the DeathToMusic website

Deathtomusic

It's right at the bottom of the releases page.

You can also download the Bombs Of Enduring Freedom releases which are in a similar vein

For those who don't know Blacksmoke were essentially Jimmy and James Fogarty  The Bombs Of Enduring Freedom is just James Fogarty.

I, for one, would welcome that very much, Tom.

Was that the same as the DIY EP?
I can post it if anyone is interested.

Also have the Docklands music tracks. A bit monotonous. Didn't know who had done that track.

I looked for a few but didn't find anything on the Big Chill performance. Maybe your googlefu will be better.

There appears to be a torrent called "Blacksmoke - Post Terrorist Modernism (E.P.) [2003]" available, 20.1MB, but I think that's a year before their Big Chill performance. It doesn't appear to have any seeds left anyway, so I can't verify.

Unfortunately not - the Big Chill performance included a lot more tracks played over that soundtrack...

e.g. the version of "The Church Of The KLF" wasn't on there... :(

Wasn't it the background music of one of Tim's DVDs? As far as I remember there was one of Docklands Light Railway...

"In July 2004 Blacksmoke appeared at The Big Chill festival. Cauty
played an eclectic and experimental DJ set, which he described as "an
updated version of [The KLF's ambient album] Chill Out", while a film by
Gimpo called Docklands Light Railway was screened.[5] An alternative
version of the soundtrack to the film was later featured as an hour long
mix radio session on Resonance FM on 28 August. This was described as an
industrial ambient mix."

I want them both!
