Betreff: RE: [KLF] RE: KLF 92 PROMO 3Your evaluation is consistent with mine, and I would say your copy is legitimate. It wouldn’t bother me so much that mine is a boot if it hadn’t be sold to me as legitimate, and I hadn’t been offered what I believe was a real promo short time after I bought the bootleg.
Where is the up to date FAQ located? It took me about an hour or 2 to dig up the info on the Dutton - ETERNITY 23 connection. It would also be worth adding that and the KLF 92 PROMO 3 bootleg test. Doesn’t klf.de have a new FAQ going?
If anyone wants to send me a scan of your PROMO 3 directly I can attempt an evaluation.

Subject: [KLF] RE: KLF 92 PROMO 3
I've just spent a very cautious five minutes scrutinizing KLF 92 PROMO 2 (both the black and clear vinyl versions) and KLF 92 PROMO 3 and all three seem to be written in the same style, which seems to be fairly small and very neat handwriting. I've got no guarantees that any of these are genuinue, but the clear vinyl version of PROMO 2 came from Miles (long time KLF collector and recent seller of PT3); the other two came from Ricki - who claims to have been given them by Sallie when he and a mate went on the scrounge. I've got no reason to doubt this.
I've got a copy of ETERNITY 23 as well - the writing on this, although not machine-stamped, is much larger than that on any of the '92 PROMOs I've got.
As for how much you'd get for it, it depends on how honest you want to be! If you sell it as a 92 PROMO 3 bootleg, you'd probably get less (although not much less I reckon) then if you sold it as a 92 PROMO 3...
